Haven't written in a while as I was sick (yes I know that's the ideal time to write but I was lazy), and I went to LANDAAAAAN for a couple of days with my dear ethnicnically fabulous friend, Aoife, her fur-wearing, sports car-driving and County Council-working mother, Geraldine, and Geraldine's sister, Bridy. It was Britastic to say the least, though it seems I can never get the hand of that silly stone age money, WHY MAKE A 2P SO LARGE? We did the usual touristy things, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben etc. I've fallen in love with two places in London, Liverpool Street/Brick Lane, gorgeous vintage shops and markets reside there that I couldn't get enough of! Also, I know I'm so alt and cool saying this but my oh my Camden is just one big dream!
I'm currently babysitting my cousins, in Bewleys Hotel, Leopardstown. Why is it that kids just WON'T SLEEP? What I'd give to have that much energy and not spend my spare time struggling to study Spanish vocab while writing this useless post and watching some show about Westlife's break up.. I hate to admit I'm tearing up a little bit.
The kids are playing with their Sugradh and Spraoi annuals, does anyone remember those? I miss Primary School so much, those annuals were the Christmas highlight!

So I was lying in bed last night after coming home from a friend's birthday party, and I was thinking about how hungry I was but it wasn't worth actually getting up to get food. While thinking about all that, I realised, we do the strangest things to food. Like really? We actually BATTER a Mars bar? Really?! It looks like a sausage roll, or a chicken nugget, but don't be fooled! It's a heart attack in a chipper.
